Noori Pocha Branding/Interior Design

I had opportunity to design for Korean Gastropub ‘Noori Pocha’.

Objective:
My goal is to design a unique and immersive restaurant experience that seamlessly blends the vibrant energy and charm of Korean street culture with modern design elements. This endeavor encompasses developing a cohesive brand identity, devising innovative marketing strategies, and crafting an interior environment that transports diners to the bustling streets of Korea.

Branding:
Develop a compelling brand identity that encapsulates the essence of Korean street culture, focusing on its dynamism, diversity, and authenticity.
Craft a memorable restaurant name that evokes the spirit of Korean streets and resonates with potential customers.
Design a captivating logo that symbolizes the fusion of traditional and contemporary elements inherent to Korean street culture.
Choose a vibrant color palette that reflects the lively and spirited atmosphere of Korean streets.
Create consistent visual branding elements, including typography and graphic elements, that are easily recognizable across various platforms.

Marketing:
Devise a multi-faceted marketing strategy that effectively reaches the target audience and generates excitement about the restaurant.
Utilize social media platforms to showcase the unique features of the restaurant, share behind-the-scenes glimpses, and engage with followers through interactive content.
Collaborate with influencers or bloggers who resonate with the target demographic to amplify the restaurant's visibility.
Organize themed promotional events or contests that align with the Korean street concept, encouraging customer participation and engagement.
Implement innovative marketing techniques, such as augmented reality experiences or gamification, to create a buzz around the restaurant.

Interior Design:
Craft an interior design that transports guests into the heart of Korean streets, capturing the energy, colors, and diversity of the experience.
Incorporate authentic Korean street elements, such as street vendor carts, neon signs, and traditional motifs, into the restaurant's décor.
Optimize the seating layout to encourage communal dining, reminiscent of the bustling social interactions found on Korean streets.
Select a combination of modern and traditional furnishings to achieve a balanced aesthetic that resonates with various generations.
Integrate innovative lighting solutions to create a dynamic ambiance that evolves throughout the dining experience.

Cultural Sensitivity and Authenticity:
Approach the project with deep respect for Korean culture and its rich history, ensuring that the design and marketing efforts accurately reflect its nuances.
Collaborate with experts in Korean culture and history to ensure authenticity in all aspects of branding, marketing, and interior design.
Regularly seek feedback from the Korean community and potential customers to refine the execution of the concept and make necessary adjustments.

Ultimately, this project aims to establish a restaurant that not only offers delicious cuisine but also provides a comprehensive and immersive journey through the vibrant streets of Korea. By meticulously integrating the elements of branding, marketing, and interior design, this goal strives to create a memorable and captivating dining experience that resonates with patrons on both visual and emotional levels.
